Errrr … well, not today, to be brutally honest with you. I am still wrestling with the desire throw my beloved MacBook around the studio in sheer frustration with moving over to a new website design.
*whisper* but, you know, most of the time I DO get the feeling that I am truly inspired and unstoppable. That is very much a recent addition to my feelings trinket box; an addition that was fired up by Tama Kieves latest book, Inspired and Unstoppable – Wildly Succeeding in Your Life’s Work! which was published today.
Tama is the bestselling author of This Time I Dance!, which you may have come across. She also has a super-funky website called Awakening Artistry … oh no! I mentioned that W word again … where is the door? No, seriously, Tama is a truly lovely lady as well as being an awesome coach and I would love to attend, someday, one of her in-person retreats as she has the most incredible energy.
Somewhat deliciously, her latest book is almost like you are having a conversation with her: she writes so beautifully and with such sincerity, sharing her story and gifting you with simple – yet profoundly effective – practices, the Portals Back To Inspired Living.
Now, I have no intention of giving away too much of what Tama shares in her book, Inspired and Unstoppable … BUT I really do think it is a book that pretty much any person who wants to feel inspired and unstoppable should read. I work with many creative and spiritual entrepreneurs (surely one and the same thing?!) who feel as if it is their birthright to stay poor, lacking in abundance and flow, whilst they struggle along doing their life’s work. Tama gently teases and guides you through, in her own inimitable way, to help you show up and take positive, powerful steps to wildly succeed and truly take on the emotional energy charge to help make you feel Inspired and Unstoppable.
Here are a few of my favourite Inspired Successims from Inspired and Unstoppable:
- Mavericks are misfits. But of course, what makes you different can also make you exceptional
- It’s not you who empowers the gift. It’s the gift that empowers you
- You have a power in you that is not of this world. That power will awaken the creativity and resourcefulness of other people … people who can get things done. You will have your people
- Can you really know what the perfect timeline is for forging one extraordinary life?
… and I really REALLY love this gem:
- Purple people cant wear gray suits. The traditional fast track is the inspired person’s dead-end cul-de-sac
I have already discovered that the Mojo Mantras and Offerings practices really do help: checking in with yourself on a weekly basis, naming (your) next acts of devotion, is a particular favourite.
So, who is up for creating an Inspired Success Circle with me, capturing the innate essence of Tama through her new book? Let us celebrate this innovative work of art’s launch but launching ourselves into Inspired and Unstoppable lives!!
