Oh boy! Don’t you just love how your body gives you signals that you just HAVE to listen to?!
This morning I woke up feeling truly awful: shivering, dizzy, nauseous. Moved my head slightly and the whole room spun. Two hours later, it seemed as if this was needing a call to my doctor – and yup, it seems like Labrynthitis has decided to me a l’il Spring visit again!
Labyrinthitis is an inflammation of the inner ear and whoooo! You can be sitting quietly, not moving, and suddenly you feel as if you are travelling by warp speed effect a la Star Trek movies of yesteryear. Balance becomes a long-distant memory!
So I took this l’il vertigo-visit as a precious gift – my body’s highly effective way of letting me know I needed to address some outstanding issues of balance.
I sat down for two minutes and scribbled down, without any conscious thought, as to what Balance means to me right now. This is my Wordle image from those scribbles:

What do you think? Do any of these words resonate with you?
How would you like to join in with some Balance fun and win yourself a 1-hour createavity coaching session with me (via Skype)?
CreaTEAvity Competition
All you need to do to enter this fun competition is:
(1) Spend two minutes (that’s all!) and scribble down as many words as you can, without thinking, that relate to the word Balance in your life right now
(2) Create some kind of art using those words that have come up for you – why not play with Wordle yourself? The sky really is the limit. Splash some paint around, make a collage … I know you can dream up much better ideas than me!
Easy, hey?
(3) Once you have completed your Balance word-art, send to me by email with your name, the title of your word-art, if you have gifted it with a name, contact email address and your website address, if you have one.
Competition entries close on Saturday, 30th June 2012 at 12noon BST (7am Eastern)
Names will be dropped into a hat and will be chosen blindfolded – winner will be notified on Sunday, 1st July 2012.
